jason is so happy, the last three nights he got JD to fall asleep after i couldn't ... it's a big deal to him because JD is usually more fussy for him than he is for me.

he is changing every day it seems :)

he started laughing a week ago ... its so cute!

everyone is doing pretty good ... no really new news except i am having surgery to remove my gall bladder on march 10, so we are all just hoping that that goes well ... oh, i guess there is something, paige has developed an imaginary friend who is "her sister named paige, and she is the mean one" ... it is pretty funny the stories that she comes up with.

Paige is going through a phase where all she wants to do is hold Jaydin, oh and kiss him.

after a week of being awake more than sleeping, he is finally giving me a break and sleeping a lot more... as you can see sleep makes for a happy baby.

Sorry the post took so long, but i have been just

a little busy :)  Here are a few pictures of

Paige on her birthday.  She turned 4 on Jan 21.

We didnt do anything special because we had

a lot going on, so maybe next year :)

Here is Jaydin and our great dane Zahn.  As you

can see, Zahn doesnt really care that Jaydin

even exists, except for the fact that he is stealing

all of his attention time.  Zahn has been getting

into everything, especailly trying to steal bottles

and pacifiers (i think he is a little jealous)

Paige was helping out while i got a few things

picked up in our bedroom, she likes to help,

but most of the time she only does it 

on her terms :)

he is VERY sleepy some days, and others he is

very alert and LOVES to be held 

yet again

So this is pretty much all that Jaydin does besides eating

and pooping.  He is awake sometimes, but it is

not very often, he takes after Jason in that respect :)

that i think Jay wore when he was a baby.

So i managed to get discharged from the hospital on Thursday the 8th at like 8 o'clock in the evening.  I was sent home with some really strong antibiotics and some pain medication and told that if i got a fever over 100.5 to call and go back to the ER for observation.  Well Jasons mother was at our house with Jaydin when we got home that night (Paige was with my mom and being brought home Friday) so i finally got to see him after 2 days.  Friday i got to take care of them all day and even got out to run a few errands with Jasons mom.  Later that night i had a fever of 99.5, but nothing serious enough to go back in.

Well, on Saturday night we went to Jasons parents for dinner and after we ate i felt serious cold and had the chills so i sat under a few blanckets and fell asleep (on Thursday night i could not sleep because of all the little naps i got at the hospital so i maybe got 2 hours of sleep that night and Friday night Jaydin only let me get about 4 hours, so needless to say i was tired).  When i woke up i had a fever of 102 and had to call in and they made me go to the ER, so yea...

I AM IN THE HOSPITAL AGAIN!!

apparantly the antibiotics they gave me didnt cover a broad enough spectrum of bacteria killing or whatever so now i am on a different med and have to stay here for 48 hours fever free (and i have been since 4 am on Sunday morning).  So we are hoping to be back to a normal family life with all of our children by Tuesday afternoon (well the dog wont be there until Thursday :)).  Lets just hope this drug works a little better than the last ones did.

i am still in the hospital by the way, but we are

trying our hardest to convince the doctors to let

me go home later tonight instead of having to

stay until tomorrow morning. Cross your 

fingers for us :_

not the best day

so it has not been the best day... late last night i got a 

fever of 104 and had to go the the ER.  I have got a

bladder infection along with an infection in my uterus

so i have to stay in the hospital for at least 24 hours 

fever free and they are pumping me full of antibiotics

as i type... my mom has got the baby (she prolly does

not miss that part of her life, even though Jaydin

is a pretty good baby so far) and Paige is with the in-laws

again and the dog is still with the grand parents...

just thought i would keep everyone updated and

hopefully i will be able to get out of here soon :)

Although i am catching up on a little lost sleep due

to the late night feedings.
